Same thing happened to me. I loved my Treadmill, used it everyday! I purchased an Elliptical in August and really loved it. I usually work out between 10-11:30am. I've heard it's good to mix up your work out times so maybe alternate between the morning and evening?

I really don't think 10lbs in 14 days is healthy or realistic. I would think 2lbs a week would be the most you should work for. Losing weight takes time & patience! Goodluck with your weightloss journey & obstacle race :smile:

I did my first half marathon 2 years ago & I was so nervous I barely slept the night before! lol Definitely eat a high carb dinner the night before (pasta is what I had) I would also eat a small breakfast on race day.
