  • I had good results by cycling carbs.... Never worried about that fat. If your cutting both carbs and fat you will not get enough calories. You have to get the calories from somewhere.

  • Take a "bit of everything" approach. standard cardio, weights, metabolic interval cardio , good stretching program. You should get fast results, especially if your diet is in check. Find out what you like and have fun.

  • Congrats....sounds like you hit some muscles that hadn't been worked in awhile. That is good. I think you should go do it again....sounds weird, but when I discover new muscles that get sore more of the same excercise helps the soreness go away faster. Just make sure you are sore and not injured : )
