@cmriverside thanks... I don’t think 1200 is too little as I want to lose 1kg a week and I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day! When I gym I usually work out for 30 mins high intensity. Thanks for that. I am not technically under my calorie goal, it's just that sometimes I exercise twice a day and I don't necessarily eat back the calories just because I am not hungry! Trust me, I love eating! I always hit my calorie goal of 1200, sometimes over. But adding another 500, 600 is just too much food for me.

I haven't tried it but I have heard so much about how effective it is! Some of the before and after pics are AMAZING and so motivating! I have down loaded it and just need to get some hand weights, maybe we could start it at the same time? A fitness buddy always helps! I am going to start it on Monday 1st October, keen?
