Day 7 Checkin Arm workout in this afternoon, starting to feel back to normal . Nutrition was on point today and lots of water . Sheri please get Kathy a crown

Day 6 Checkin Still not feeling the best but managed to get a shoulder workout in . Wasn't the best but it was something . This flu/cold has left me feeling run down and weak when lifting . BOO I was on a roll with my workouts, just another bump in the road. Nutrition was off didn't get all my food in, not much of appetite…

Day 4 & 5 Nothing much to report on here, I'm sick with the flu . So haven't gotten a workout done in two days. Have a good weekend everyone !

Day 3 for me !! Workout was chest & back. Nutrition was okay I need to starting prepping my food ahead of time . Giglqueen I love kickboxing too, it's s great workout !! You have some great options to choose from . Definitely a great kickstart for your goals .

Hi Everyone !! Going to start over again, so today is Day 1 for me . My workout was arms & run . Nutrition wasn't great today , I ended up going out for pizza & margaritas after work . Tomorrow I will do better . Going to try hard to log into this group daily, looking forward to getting to know everyone .

It is very normal to lose your period when your body fat drops below normal. Loss of period is not healthy long term and can contribute to fertility problems and bone loss.
