  • This is really interesting. I'm in school for my bachelor of science in nursing and I've gained 15 pounds from stress eating. I feel foggier now and hate the way my clothes fit. I'm trying to find a good coping strategy (or 12 lol) that I can use this semester. Thanks for the post!

We just have to keep plugging away cuz the alternative is not…

  • Only problem I would have with that would be the boob issue. Try doubling up on your bras ( two at a time ) Or your regular bra and a sports bra on top. Sports Authority carries some extended sized in underwire, etc. Worth the investment! :blushing:

  • Good job ladies!!! My girls are all out of the baby stage, but I still remember how hard the postpartum body issues were! Please just remember to be kind to yourself...your bodies just gave you amazing gifts and had to work incredibly hard to do it. Enjoy those babies...they grow waaaaay to fast :ohwell:

  • Thank you soooo much for the inspiring words....good for you!!! I have noticed tht if I REALLY think about it, sometimes the foods that I think are ging to make me "bad" or eat out of control, they really aren't as good as my head make it out to be ! • Taco soup. Saute onion in sm amt of oil. Add beef to brown, then add taco seasoning. Then dump in 2+ cans of chopped tomatoes with green chilies, 1+can tomato sauce, 1+can each of kidney beans, black beans, and corn (don't drain). I also like to add green beans if i'm in the mood. Let simmer for about 45 minutes if you…
  • I also am sensitive to gluten and try to stay away from anything with it. I used to shop at whole foods, but it got too expensive so I really just don't eat any breads or cookies, etc. I find gluten free edamame crackers and rice pasta at trader joe's. I've noticed that my stomach is smaller from less bloating. Even if…

Hang in there and listen to your bod, try not to get so frustrated that you fall completely off the wagon and say screw it.. It's not all or nothing!!!!!
