KT Tape is amazing. I've never used it for your issue, but we've been using it for a couple of years now on my daughter's knee. She was a gymnast for 7 years and had gotten knee injuries. At 10 she had tendinitis in both knees and suffered from Osgood Schlatter's. KT Tape was a life saver for her. Even now, she still uses…

Google refrigerator oats on the Yummy Life blog site. Some really good recipes. You mix it up the night before and stick it in the fridge, then grab it the next morning. No need to heat it up. Very yummy. I'm not big on breakfast at all, and this really helps me to eat it.

Are you eating back your exercise calories?

Anyone can add me as well! :)

Matt & Kim are a huge part of my running/workout playlist!

Just my two cents, but you should get your hair cut the way you want it to be, not based on what you think others might like better. My husband loves my hair long, but I've worn it short almost the whole time we've been together. I love my hair short. I wear my hair for me and not for him.

I love my Fitbit One. :)

I was the size you were in your pre-delivery pictures at about 5 months preggo with my daughter. I was a relatively small person, 5'3 and 132 lbs when I got pregnant. I gained 39 pounds, and all of that was in my belly. If you look at my pre-delivery picture of the day I went to the hospital, you would swear I was at least…

This is me. I've had one since May 2007 and had it replaced with a new one last year. I love it. At most I have about a half day period. And I don't have to remember do anything!

I love cereal, but I tend to stay away from the super sugary ones. Make sure you measure it out though. I thought I was only eating a serving or a serving and a half. Hubby and I bought a scale a couple months back and come to find out, I was eating at least 2 servings at once. Sometimes three. If you are counting calories…

I can put it on everything. I go through it like crazy. I annoy my husband with it quite often. :)

If you like nuts, a handful has a lot of good fats and will give you a good calorie bump.

Are you measuring yourself? If not, start. The scale doesn't always show progress. If you just started, a little gain isn't unheard of. Good luck and definitely don't give up!

I'm with you on the dieting. To me, when I 'diet' I am just setting myself up to fail. I'm living a healthier lifestyle. I eat better, but if I want something, I eat it...just a much smaller portion. It's all about a lifestyle change. If you set your mind to it, you can achieve it. Good luck with your goals!

I added you... :)

Unless you have cholesterol problems, then I'd say eat them.

I just either roast or saute some veggies that I have onhand, and then mix it into quinoa that has been cooked in either chicken or beef broth. I'll top with a little olive oil and either some feta or some parmesan cheese

Milk has calories...even fat free milk. You can also get their regular brewed coffee and add just a little milk or half/half to it. It's a lot lower in calories.

Have you tried refrigerator oatmeal? It is really good and super easy to make. You can make up several in one night and then just pop them out of the fridge when you are ready to eat them. The good thing is that you can easily switch up the flavors to keep it from being boring. This has become my goto breakfast in the last…

Good job! It just proves that you can do what you set your mind to!

Start logging what you eat again. If you aren't keeping track, you are probably consuming a lot more than you realize.

This is me. And if he won't take no for an answer about bringing you food, ask for a salad instead. But honestly, if you didn't ask for the food, and you don't want it, don't feel bad about trashing it or giving it to someone else that wants it.

I have the S3 after switching from the iPhone. I love my S3 and hope to upgrade to the S4 before too long. :)

Does it go away, or is it staying? When I have an allergic reaction to a food, I get a small rash on one part of my body...usually my face and neck. It'll go away with time or if I take Benadryl. If the rash is staying, it's probably not an allergy. If it keeps bothering you, I would suggest going to see your doctor.
