OOOh ok, so if I exerize on top of that and burn 3500 more calories then should I be able to lose 2 pounds a week instead of 1?

did you have to exercize too to lose that much weight?

Im 5'3 and 134 pounds. I started at 141 and my goal is between 115-120. I havent been able to lose any more weight in the last 3 weeks, any suggestions? im on a 1200 to 1300 calorie diet and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day
