Im 5'3 and 134 pounds. I started at 141 and my goal is between 115-120. I havent been able to lose any more weight in the last 3 weeks, any suggestions? im on a 1200 to 1300 calorie diet and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day0

Im 5 3 and have been stuck at 130 for a month! My goal is 110 but im starting to rethink that. I have joined a gym. Started eating clean drinking more water and im still stuck! I have been losing inches though so i guess im just building muscle0

I am 5' 1.5" and my start weight was 250lbs (3 years ago and before mfp) I am now at 180 and my evaluation goal is 150. I may want to lose more, but first I get to meet my fiancee at 150. :-)0

I'm 5'4 and weigh 166 right now. I started this journey around 181 lbs after my pregnancy. Sounds like I'm doing good but my son is a year now I started this journey when he was about 4 months old. 15lbs in 8 months isn't what I call a success. 150 lbs would get me at my pre-pregnancy weight but I'd LOVE to be 130. idk if that is possible though. I have been heavy my whole life. I might have weighed 130 in 8th grade. It would be nice though0

I'm 4'10".....currently 172 lbs. I started at 181 and have lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. My ultimate goal is 115 lbs. Not to keep the total weight loss overwhelming I've set mini goals. The first one is 161. I figure if I go by 20s it won't seem so hard. I'm determined to do this time and stop the yo-yo dieting. So with that being said ..... I am not on a diet I am in the process of changing my lifestyle and life choices! Feel free to add me as a friend :happy:0

I would say 15 lbs in 8 months IS success! It is a loss, right? Plus your body was flinging hormones every which way.... Not to mention focusing on a baby! Anything is possible! Take your time and don't forget to give yourself some " me-time" every once in a while... You got this!!0 -
5-feet short here! Highest weight was 224 in 2007, lost 80 lb in 10 months and gained 55 back. Started at 198.8 on April 2, 2012 and have lost 48 lb so far. The scale hasn't moved since December 8 but I remain fully motivated to meet my goal of 124 lb ... Before September would be great but I know to be patient.0

5'2" at 145 goal set at 130 but I would prefer 125. I'm not setting the bar too high just because it isnt always about what the scale says its how I feel about what it says in respect of what I look like0

I'm 5'4 and started at 62kg (136 lbs) and my goal weight is 55kg (121 lbs) - I haven't weighed myself for a while now because I'm on holiday but I have stayed around 1200 cals every day, so I hope I will have lost another kilo when I get back home next Saturday!0

Im 5'3 and SW was 200 on the dot... fighting for GW of 130. Can't even imagine what my body would look like at that weight, not even sure the last time I weighed that, haha. I just want to take it day by day to a weight where I feel comfortable and happy.

I am 5'1 and I want to be around 120... I lost a lot of weight and became within 8 lbs of tht goal and then gained a ton of it back... I miss feeling healthy and having a toned, smaller stomach. Can't wait to be there again!0

I'm 5'2" and I my current weight is 120.6lbs. I started at 123.6 and my goal is either 115 or 110, depends how I feel once I get to 115. Also trying to tone up and just be generally healthier.0

Hey all c: I'm 22 years old, 5ft and currently 139 lbs. My goal weight is 105. I've gotten down to about 120 before and wasn't satisfied, but ~life~ happened and I some of the weight back anyways (I started around 170, so at least I didn't gain it all back!) I'm kinda sedentary because I'm in classes all day, if you're in the same boat feel free to add me!0
