Yes. I am old enough now that I don't care. Get friends who take better photos. One thing I have to be really on the ball with is buying clothes. I will buy miles too big in a dress/top and too small in pants because I just can not assess my body size without using a tape measure.

Me for ten years.

At about 7 or 8 kilos lost.

I'm went fully plant based around 4 years ago and ended up gaining weight. I have been losing again since cutting down on nuts and oils. Harley, if I drop sugar and caffeine I become really ill. Do you drop that when going plant-based? For anyone trying vegan, I recommend googling challenge 22 vegan. You go on a program…

I am vegan and have just started LCHF (Low Carb Healthy Fat) I eat almonds, tofu, Linda Macartney's vegemince and sausages, almond milk and pea protein to get my protein intake. (Silken tofu can be added to smoothies to make them creamier if you don't like powder or tofu.)

Congrats. Awesome legs.

Your stomach swells to something like 40 times it's original shape. Of course it's going to get bigger as you eat. :)

Running will get you a thigh gap. If you can get her out running that will keep her out of trouble. :)

5'3", 138.5 pounds and fading away to a shadow here. I was over 200 pounds in 2011 and people literally walk past me now without recognizing me. Perhaps I really have faded away. I feel fantabulous though and people ask me what program I am using to get my arms so buff. I don't use a program- I use a chair to do tricep…

I save calories to combat the late night munchies. Cheap (cal wise) foods that I fall back to are blueberries, slim pasta, eggplant, tomato, cottage cheese.
-
I get nightmares when I take St Johns Wort and a number of natural sleep assisters.

There is no secret apart from consistency. Take photos of yourself as you go along and you will be surprised. I don't know how to put a photo up here but I went from having bingo wing nanna arms to being well on the way to a set of Des and Troy in 9 months. Most was done using bodyweight exercises and I have just started…

I have a healthy reputation. :) Plus it's a follow up to a week in Vegas so I may be over foodin it up by then. Thank you all for all the great info on whole foods, taking food in, the vouchers and the salads being covered in dressings. I will ask my Disney planner about club 33. The best part of this trip is that we won…

I am fifty and in my adult life have weighed everything from 48-92 kilos. I have never been everyone's perfect weight. I don't care now. It's about them not me. I do tend to answer "You are going to end up skin and bone!" with "No muscle and bone!" which usually makes then shut up fast.

Well I have to decide if I need to buy dining vouchers as part of our Disney package or if it might be better to take our own food purchased from a market. My sister said the Florida Disney food healthiest option when she was there in 2009 was nachos with yellow cheese. I don't fancy paying $400 plus for the dining packs…

I do it as I go too. I have been doing it long enough now to know when I may be over eating and I head on out and do some exercise.

Yes its a bit of a dodge on real training. I deliberately park further away from places so I can get a bit more walking in my day. Perhaps I should log that... nah. Can't be stuffed wearing my hrm.

Move to Australia where it is not a common thing. I think I have seen it once in the grocers. The only vegetable I will not eat is swede. My father had an aversion to it because it was the only thing he had to eat in the war as a boy and his distaste rubbed off on me.

Yeah I agree. I don't want to see dirty underthings in the back of that photo.

A plastic milk container filled with sand is a good alternative until you can get a kettle bell.

Love it. All that uptightness and drama. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urNyg1ftMIU great song too.

A nap. But instead I have running class.
-
It's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Even a little bit of walking will help. :)

I am a pescetarian, yet to make the step to veganism. It's amusing to see how defensive the meat eaters are. Each to their own I say. No need to ridicule others for their life style choices.. unless of course you are insecure with your own.

First single that was bought for me was when I was six. "My boy lollipop" I played it over and over and over.

Sorry if you are eating those things every few days then they are part of your usual diet. At your size a balanced diet and some light exercise should get you on the way.
-
As the mum of 2 girl guides my suggestion is to just give them a $10 donation. And last year we had 80 packs here to sell and I didn't have one. So many nicer things to spend my calories on.
-
I would forget the gym and look for exercise in other ways. Running, or a DVD or Wii Fit. good luck with it.

It's just a number. You don't feel 10 pounds heavier than before you got the scale do you? It's just a number.

I am not going to say much except that one pound a week for a year is 52 pounds. Keep at it.
