what else should I do, they were obviously only a few examples, you cant judge and say they are not enough when you dont no how many times a week i do it or what other strength training I do, I only posted them as examples :smile:

yep iv done that not any change, it took me about 2 weeks to lose that, i did lose an inch on my hips tho!

i do no that, and i do no i shouldnt of quit, but its done now theres no going back to start over so I have to start somewhere again wether i like it or not!

I do no that I wont see results straight away and thats not what I expect, I am taking things one step at a time for example i used to drink sodas, but i have stopped that and now i only drink water. I admire your story and its great you have your husband to be your support buddy, And i also hope to change other bad habits…

ok I have tried alot and i mean alot of veg and i have certainly cooked them in many ways and none of it was for me. wether its texture or taste i cant!!!

I totally agree this is the hardest part trying to figure out what I should eat and shouldnt. Im cutting out the fizzy drinks this week just drinking water so hopefully in the long run I will have my results I want and feel better about myself... Thank you :smile:
