I haven't done it but I have a friend doing and it and she is down 10lbs in 30 days with only eating clean about 60% of the time! So if you truly watch what you are eating more then she is you could lose more :) What day are you on?

Are you logging everything daily? Because you seem to not eat a dinner or lunch and sometimes breakfast. I am sorry to hear that, I will add you so we can chat more in depth but I would love to hear what your dietician gave you, what you are stuggling with etc! I have had friends who needed to lose weight and get their levels down and they did it naturally and with a normal diet. :)

I work for a living off social media and what not but lately I havent been working and only been using it for free time and now I can't get back into work mode! It is so hard and I have been beating myself up about it. You are not alone whatsoever!

I think it is GREAT you are getting healthy before you conceive! That is how I got pregnant with my first and I wasn't even trying. When you start to feed your body healthy natural things then it will start to be healthy and repair it self! Remember to fuel your body as well with healthy foods not junk! :)
