plie =standing at a chair and squating a few times
the hydrant = on hands and knees and pushing one leg up and then to the side a few times then switch legs
bent leg lift = standing at a chair and bending leg upwards and switch legs
straight glute raise = on hands and knees and pushing leg out up high and switch legs
single leg raise both legs = laying on your side and raising your leg up and switching sides
inner thigh pulse = sitting on floor and lifting leg up and moving small up and down a few times
reverse crunches = lay on your back and lift legs up to your chest

Try to google them and see what names comes up with the images and then search those name in here
like the first one is called a Plié Squat and your other one is called a Fire Hydrant In-Out Exercise. The rest should be in the database

I personally would log the entire time it took to do these as circut training.
If you want to log the individual exercises with reps create them in the database and find the calories burned....I wouldn't personally do this but it could work.0 -
ok thanks0

If you are planning to log those types of exercises under Cardiovascular to get estimated Calories burned, I would suggest that you not log them under Circuit Training, because that would provide an overestimated number of Calories burned per minute. In my opinion, a better estimate for Calories burned per minute for the types of exercises you described would be Mild Stretching.0

I log my physio exercises like these in the cardio section under strength training but only log it as 1 calorie!! You will not burn calories from doing them.0
