Have you actually tried it or are you just saying that it doesn't work or is snake oil? I'm really looking for people that have tried it to see if anyone has had good results. From what I've read some people actually seem to, so I was wondering if anyone here had tried it along with diet and exercise.

I hate when I buy a herbal tea to find it's sweetened with stevia! Why can't they just leave it out? It makes it so I can't even drink it. Ugh!

Ever since gaining my last 10 pounds I've been embarrassed to be seen in a swimsuit. I want to change that by summer. Count me in!

I use plain oatmeal and I put in molasses, raisins, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and sometimes walnuts if I have them. It's so good! I also add a little soy or almond milk.

I also want employment. It's killing me. Then I can afford to buy some stuff that I want! I would settle for a mint Oreo shake right now though, haha.

That's good advice because I know that I'm not drinking enough water. It's so easy for me to gain weight, but so difficult for me to lose it.
