You mentioned that you're taking almond milk ice cream. Do you make that yourself? I've been looking for a recipe and, if you have one, would you be willing to share it?

Greek yogurt , such as Dannon Light & Fit blueberry yogurt (only 80 calories), with a couple of tablespoons of granola mixed in. Depending on the granola, that's another 50-80 calories).

Thank you, everyone, for your ideas. They sound delicious. The man at the farmers' market told me to cook with the skin on and about an inch of the tops left in tact or else all the juice would run out and they'd be dry. But I see a lot of you peel yours first, so I think I'll try it both ways. One way or another, I'll be…

I like Marlene Koch's Eat What You Love cookbook. Everything I've tried, I've loved. And each recipe gives you the nutrtional information.

I'm new to this site as of 3 days ago and still feeling my way around. I came to the message boards for the first time today and saw your post. I can't tell you how encouraged I feel after reading what you had to say. I especially loved the part about "a calorie is a calorie" and changed my profile immediately to show only…
