since you're nursing, have you talked to your doctor about how they feel about you getting on an eating plan?

i've tried the vi shakes and they're like a treat, SUPER yummy, but i can never get satisfied enough with it to have it be a meal replacement. now, i've eaten a fullbar slowly and felt fine for it to have replaced a meal, but it's like eating cardboard. :-\

i weigh myself everyday, but i make sure to take into account water weight, etc. because women tend to hold on to more body weight. my husband weighs multiple times a day, and i'm trying to break him of that habit because he weighs himself after he eats, but he was a wrestler, so i guess old habits die hard.

i do exercise and lately i've been doing exercises i'm not used to. this plateau has been going at least a month now.

that's awesome!!! :D it really clicks, then!! lastnight while i was sitting on my husband giving him a back massage, he said "you're so light!!" which is something i've NEVER heard!!! :D

Yeah I'm not totally used to it. I feel vain staring at myself all the time. LOL! But your SO will come around. My husband isn't happy that I'm losing chest and butt, and it's only because to the SO, they're just not used to it. :)
