Meal replacement??

Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a meal replacement? Also, if you've tried one, do you notice that you feel tired? Were you still working out while taking it? Did it help you loose weight?
Thanks!
Thanks!

i've tried the vi shakes and they're like a treat, SUPER yummy, but i can never get satisfied enough with it to have it be a meal replacement.
now, i've eaten a fullbar slowly and felt fine for it to have replaced a meal, but it's like eating cardboard. :-\0 -
Is it because you don't have time to cook and need something quick or you want faster weight loss?
If it's because you don't have time a protein shake might help. If it is for faster weight loss you are going about it the wrong way. I technically have a meal replacement shake that I use, but it is my post workout shake.0 -
Just had surgery and these were lifesavers! Ensure is great but I prefer the Kroger brand Balanced Nutrition drink, its cheaper and tastes just as great. Love the strawberry and the chocolate is tasty and does not leave me craving more chocolate. Watch the labels, some of them are to gain weight.I choose the 250 calorie ones. I have them for breakfast usually, sometimes for dinner if I'm not that hungry. I don't feel weak when I work out. And the colder they are the better they taste! Good luck!0

I'm not looking to use it to make the weight loss faster. I want to make sure I'll still have enough energy to work out or if its just a waste. I work 10+ hours a day, so some shifts I am there for 2 meals and I only get one in and then end up having a quick snack (which tends to be junk).0

I am not on the Atkins diet, but I lived for several months eating the Atkins Peanut butter Chocolate bars. I would eat two of them (500 calories) with a 20 oz bottle of water and be full and feel good for hours. I buy them at the local CVS drug store in my area. They are packed with protein, and many vitamins and minerals.0
