I do the exact same thing. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I love the energy boost in the morning. I have a travel mug size, with 3 Tbsp of Splenda (zero calories) and about 1/2 cup of skim milk. The milk has the calories, but it's worth it.

I've mentioned this in another couple of posts, but I use www.SkinnyTaste.com a lot for new recipes. All of the recipes have nutrition information as well as Weight Watcher points.
