  • I've only had the flex for about 10 days but I think what happens is : because you've set it to slightly active, the flex will estimate how many calories you should burn in a day, based on you being active. As you walk more your negative amount will get less and less, but if you don't burn as much as the flex is thinking…

  • I was really slow when I started as well! The thing that helped me was doing the 'couch to 5k' app. It takes you through slowly and eventually you will be able to go faster. The most I've run is 5 miles and that was thanks to the app. Would definitely recommend it if you want to start running :). Good luck!

  • I'd say just take it slowly :) if you have a bad day don't hold it against yourself! Everyone needs a treat every now and then. It is definitely worth it in the end. I feel so much better about myself now! It was hard work but worth it
