Hey, were you able to follow up on the videos from day 1? Since you have tried it earlier you can help me overcome my fear. I feel i cannot keep up continuously for 25 mins. I actually gave it a try today. Will start day one tomorrow.

Well i often experience some allergies while i am running outside, but thats because we inhale and exhale a lot while running as opposed to just staying outdoors or walking. I take a day or two break when this happens and again get back to track.

Outside is fresh , fun, challenging, more real... the way we are supposed to be. Treadmill is east monotonous , easy, suffocating.... unreal.... Well, i love outdoors but pick up cold these days, so currently on treadmill. Will definitely try some winter running this year.

I take unsweetened cranberry. But I can cut down that. I will eliminate the last spoon of sugar too very soon.
