highest weight 208lb goal weight 140lb loss since start MFP 52lb.
1lb on after week away happy with this much more difficult to control calories and portion control when not able to prepare own food. Felling better and started exercising again on Wednesday.0 -

Hello Everyone
I see that you have been losing and reaching your personal goals or close to it. I am proud of each of you and the Next 12 weeks should inspire us to do better and see even more weight gone. I have plateaued and I am not happy about it. It just means that I must work harder and plan, plan, plan. I sometimes get so busy, that I forget about me. I put myself last and by the time I get to me, I am burned out. I am doing some SPRING CLEANING on me! Time to clean out cabinets, Refrig., all the little hiding places. Time to recommit to my self challenge and find a buddy who will HOLD ME accountable. Any takers? WE all know that this is an on going challenge and the start dates are different for each of us. But if there is anyone who feels they would like to recommit to their health and to the challenge. Join me Sunday April 3rd and lets get back on track. Notice I did not say Monday, I am trying something different. I have a birthday celebration Saturday and I think I will enjoy, get it out of my system. Sunday I will start fresh and new with a heartfelt commitment to do well. I hope to have a few of you joining in and recommitting to your goals. Please don't be confused, this original challenge is not changing. I am, but staying within the challenge. Have a great weekend.1 -
