Plan your meals, eliminate choices
Chocolate croissant or steel cut oats? Grilled salmon or a quesadilla? When you have to make these types of dietary decisions all day long, you may end up exhausting your willpower. Planning your meals in advance, however—even just one meal per day—can make it easier (and less stressful) to eat healthy.

Excellent tip! Planning at least one of my meals in advance has made it much easier to stick to my daily allotment of calories & keeps me focused on my weight loss goals.0 -
Started high intensity interval training... Ouch! I feel good about myself for doing it but man can you feel the burn the next day despite a warm up and cool down period! I don't feel like I'm on a diet that will eventually end I feel more like I'm changing my life style. I have lost 9lb since starting MFP and I literally feel lighter on my feet. I want to be fit not just thin but hopefully I will someday in the not too distant future be both.0

Stock up
Stock up on healthy, portable snacks. When you are grocery shopping, pick up bags of baby carrots, string cheese, nuts, fresh and dried fruit, single serving packs of applesauce, yogurt, wholegrain crackers, peanut butter, turkey jerky, etc. Having healthy portable snacks around will help you avoid bad vending-machine, convenience store and fast-food options.0 -

I just can't remember where this blog is and have to sit down to figure it out. I have a big problem with water weight gain and that is why sometimes I have a big drop in weight at times. I know it is my sodium intake, but sometimes I just grave sodium or salsa. I love salsa. I need to make my own, I have, but making the time is my problem. Have a successful week.0
