  • Thanks. I think im gonna try the 5x5 routine and definitely focus more on back and legs thanks for everybody's input and if yall can think of anything else or have any other suggestions to help me out I'll be more than happy to hear about it.

  • Yea that is funny I notice that to lol. But I can honestly say im on round 4 of INSANITY and I can almost get through it without a break but insanity never gets easier you just get better thats how i see it
  • I'm trying burn the remaining fat and try to tone up but I just need a little guidance as to how to get there i have a barbell and dumbells and ez curl bar I do legs every other day but I do need to put more focus on back. So whats your opinion on 5x5

  • I kind of figured y'all wouldn't recommend to do it everyday thanks for everybody's input. But I dont do legs cuz I'm doing insanity 6days a week I'm on my second round right now and just trying to add a little more muscle work.
