SLIMMER BELTS GOOD OR BAD?
I was just wondering if anybody has seen any results by wearing the slimmer belt or have any opinions on them.

upper body routine
So I've been doing this routine every other day 4sets of 8 I do bench incline ez curl close grip and wide also shrugs and tricep extension am I putting to much into one workout? I mean I see good results but just not as big as i want also I do insanity everyday as well. Need some input or suggestions please.

But for the last three days being holidays and all I've missed out on my workouts I was just womdering if anyone out there could help me out how to go about getting back on track. So I'm currently in month two week two. Thanks to the holidays I've missed three days so far I was just wondering how do I go about to getting back on track. I was planning on working out till sun then repeat the week any suggestions.
