It worked for me in the past, but I didn't form the habits needed to maintain the weight loss. VLC diet= quick but not long term results!

Pregnancy made me fat, but not eating enough and eating the wrong food when I did kept it on.

Mine isn't current, but it isn't misleading as it is not a full body pic. I do have a more up to date one in my profile pics, it's not a close up and I'm sitting but you get the idea. Give me another 4 weeks and I'll get some new ones done.

A dead redback :noway: BUT I will be cleaning it out and it will contain turkey, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes and whatever spices I happen to add at the time :) I'm a flavour as you go type of girl.

Sounds good! Well my friends have brought the program so I will be interested to see how they do, both being unfit and one with some quite significant medical issues, plus an obese teenage son. I am considering giving it a go myself but have a gym membership at the moment that is working well for me for now.

I'm in Western Australia and I'd say that it's about 30% here. But I have noticed recently that there are quite a few overweight kids..... I'm talking kids as young as 4. It's sad to see parents putting the kids health at risk and setting them up for a lifetime of bad choices and unhealthy habits :frown:

I'll join in but I can't start till feb 20th as I'm part of a 50 day challenge at the moment. That will be the last weigh in for that.

I don't know, I think the red clips add a certain something to the dress.....jokin lol Seriously though WOW! You have made an awesome transformation, and when that dress is fitted to you properly, you are going to be a stunning bride.

Sounds like you have realistic view of your goals, my weight loss has been good and I have gained muscle mass, but my body fat% hasn't gone done as much as I'd like so I think I'm am going to switching things around too.

I love that Japanese Green Salad and I was surprised at how tasty it is too! Treat it as a learning curve, You are working out just what your body needs. I hope things are going better for you now.

Ok I have had this happen too What I did was played hooky from MFP that day only, I found that my tastes had changed and I couldn't eat anywhere near as much as before and the cream heavy sauces did not appeal. The meal was a buffet so I did try most things, I even had dessert. Oh and I also lost 3 lbs that week.
