I have PCOS and it is accurate but so much more goes into losing weight with PCOS especially if you have the insulin resistance to go along with it like I do. I wish I could take it off while driving but im in and out of the car so much at work it would be such a hassle. I mentally deduct ~500 cals when I'm in the car for long periods of time.

it looks cool I have to say that, but It's pretty much the same thing as the core now. And they have not even ironed out Bluetooth syncing with the link yet. I would be weary for the first couple of months when it comes out.

Mine does this too. I rotate bands daily since I ahve three of them. I also move the positioning around day to day so the area gets to breath. I've also found that I can put it just below my elbow and get the same readings,so I put it there for a few hours and then move it up.

Those are my not even really trying burns. I wish they were less so I dont have to eat 3k a day, when i can barely eat 2600 in a day and feeling stuffed. So now it's 6 500 cal meals a day. which is a lot.

first off your cat is adorable, looks just like mine. Second I kind of do the same thing with my husband. So you know what I did, i friend-ed a bunch of people an now i don't talk as much with him about it. But i also sat down with him and explained why it was so important to me. He now gets it.
