I have completed both Day 1 and Day 2. I'm using 10 lbs for the curls because I don't have anything less than that. For the push-ups...doing them "girl style" until I can build up enough strength to do them "tough girl style." LOL

Well, since I already joined a 30 Day Arm Challenge for November, I might as well challenge the rest of my body at the same time. I was looking at the Glute Challenge and...ummm...does anyone know what "Bulgarian Split Squats" are? I have never heard of those. Let the pain begin for wonderful gain!
