Doing an ab challenge. Bruised my freaking tailbone so bad I could only do the crunches on day two and three. Got a yoga mat, so today was a rest day but I did some regular sit-ups to catch up. Tailbone is much better on the mat! Onward!1

Ouch! Tailbones suck! I once broke mine figure skating and there's no movement you can do that doesn't hurt.
Make sure to give the bruising plenty of time to heal. Yoga mats are your friend!1 -

The double leg lifts are killers and my knees creak doing squats, but I still love seeing what my body can do! Bring on day 5!1 -

Day 4 done! To make up for skipping glutes yesterday I also added half of the day 3 challenge on top of day 4. Burns but not painful!2

So I am just a wee bit behind... Three 5 am pick ups and a 1.5 day trip to sfo made for a tough week to start.... I did day1 and 2 yesterday... gotta pack in day 3,4, & 5 tomorrow. Hopefully will be able to walk on Sunday! Thanks for all the motivation ya'll!1
