I eat mine for breakfast like oatmeal. I make an apple, cinnamon, raisin version. Quinoa also has more benefits than cous cous because it is a complete protein. So it's good for vegetarians and vegans as another way to get protein. I still oatmeal and steel cut oats from time to time, but I love quinoa for breakfast.

Currently, I'm doing P90X and today is a rest day from the program. My friend and I will be going to the park to start my c25k trainer app. Also a squat challenge, 50 squats today. Good luck on your commitments everyone!

Homemade kale chips! A little cooking spray (saves calories on oil), kale, and sea salt. Set the oven to 350, bake to desired crispness. Satisfies my chip craving everytime!
