Soy all the way! Dairy protein is **** for the body.

Vegan options would be the best idea I think, or if you're totally opposed to not eating meat, just cut out the dairy. Mexican places load things with cheese, often adding 300+ calories in dairy and numerous amount of fat.

If you do this on a daily basis, you could just set your activity level higher

Wow, your progress is amazing and truly inspiring! I may have borrow my friend's P90X videos to see what it does for me.

Applesauce can sometimes be replaced for the butter, but I'm not saying it will work 100% in all recipes. I personally like the taste of them in muffins, but a lot of people don't because they taste too "healthy" aka not fatty enough and such. Give it a try though, perhaps don't tell them you changed the recipe and get…

Amazing job and might I add that you look wonderful with that hair colour.

I'm able do 10-15 real "man" pushups now, when only a few months, heck a few weeks ago, I could barely do one!

I love having oatmeal! When my mother makes oatmeal the night before in our crock pot I add low fat vanilla yogurt and it tastes sooo good. This really helps with my morning sweet tooth.
