Vegan options would be the best idea I think, or if you're totally opposed to not eating meat, just cut out the dairy. Mexican places load things with cheese, often adding 300+ calories in dairy and numerous amount of fat.

If you do this on a daily basis, you could just set your activity level higher

Hmm that's interesting, because I'm pretty sure my estrogen levels are extremely low, but I'll be going to a doctor in about a month to see if all my chemical levels and such are good. Thanks everyone so far for your ideas!

Maybe try roasting it to make it crunchy, then putting it in a reusuable container(help out the environment while you're at it)

Applesauce can sometimes be replaced for the butter, but I'm not saying it will work 100% in all recipes. I personally like the taste of them in muffins, but a lot of people don't because they taste too "healthy" aka not fatty enough and such. Give it a try though, perhaps don't tell them you changed the recipe and get…

I'm able do 10-15 real "man" pushups now, when only a few months, heck a few weeks ago, I could barely do one!

I love having oatmeal! When my mother makes oatmeal the night before in our crock pot I add low fat vanilla yogurt and it tastes sooo good. This really helps with my morning sweet tooth.
