BUMP! I recalculated at 30:35:35 today for 1699 calories.. not sure about this ratio though! I"ve been eating at 40:35:25 so this is really throwing me off.. Should I just trust the IIFYM site and eat at the 30:35:35 ratio??

I got one of those mini peddlers I saw someone post on here this weekend.. it's great for under my desk!! I can sit here and workout as much as I want now! Makes me feel WAY less guilty about sitting at a desk all day!

Wow all these posts and she still doesn't have someone to pick up her parcels? Why do people waste their time trying to convince her she's doing something wrong by buying BB products? You don't like BB; don't concern yourselves!

I also print to the farthest printer! Any excuse I can find to get up and walk a bit I take it! I also drink a lot of water at work so I do 10 jump squats everytime I hit the little girls room! May seem silly but when you pee 10 times a day at work that's an extra 100 jump squats on top of your regular exercise routine!

I WAS fat my entire life because I just shoveled whatever garbage food I could find into my mouth! Thank goodness I put an end to that trend!!
