There really maybe some truth to this.^^^^ I'm watching every move I make like a hawk and maybe I'm sabotaging my efforts - almost like I'm not 'allowing' myself to lose weight. Maybe I need to just step back and let it happen. Thank you. I am seriously considering this^

WOW. I must of completely skipped over this one. I agree, this is excellent advice. Thank you.

Yup. When people pick apart my words that were never said it doesn't exactly put me in a 'top-o-the-mornin' sort of mood. But with that, I would like to thank everyone once again for your input (that was actually on the subject). You have made me take a step back and really take a look and think critically at my…

Well let me lay it out for you, because you obviously can't read. Here are all the responses I have either thanked or said I would take their advice: NUMBER 1 NUMBER 2 NUMBER 3 NUMBER 4 NUMBER 5 NUMBER 6 NUMBER 7 NUMBER 8 NUMBER 9 NUMBER 10 NUMBER 11 If I didn't specifically thank you, or say I was going to take your…

Yeah, I stopped having afternoon migraines...
-
I second the ridiculousness.
-
Why do you say that?? Who says that?
-
Thank you so much for your reply! I DO eat healthy, I don't have my food diary open because I don't want people to be critiquing it and criticising it. Now matter how 'clean' or 'perfect' it is, at least 5 people on here will say "well, you need to eat more of this, not that..." So I'm not even going to stroll down…

Lol. Please get over yourselves and get back on topic while you're at it. Trolls.
-
Thank you much!

Thank you! What's considered normal temperature? And doesn't it fluctuate throughout the day? - If so, when is the best time to take it to compare? If my temperature is abnormal, what does that suggest??
-
Good advice. As I said before, I am seeing doctor ASAP next weeks to rule out any issues. Any suggestions on how to go about seeing a nutritionist? I live in a relatively small town, so I'm pretty clueless.
-
Thank you. I do plan on getting a checkup ASAP next week just to rule out any problems. What is an anti-inflammatory diet? I've never heard of that before. Thank you for your input :)
-
Agreed. However, that just reflects that there's even MORE of a problem :) But thank you :)
-
Thank you so much for your input, however, I would bet close to anything that my data is EXTREMELY close to being accurate based upon the level of effort I put forth every day to weigh out EVERY SINGLE OUNCE that goes into my mouth. On top of that, I use 2 SEPARATE heart rate monitors (alternating between each workout) and…

WOW. First of all, I did not gain 5 pounds of fat, so we can just stop above at your first assumption. Being that I am FEMALE, water retention plays an ENORMOUS role in my overall weight. Second, I would bet close to anything that my data is EXTREMELY close to being accurate based upon the level of effort I put forth every…

UPDATE!!! Okay, I think I figured out whats wrong: I am simply over-eating. Instead of calculating an AVERAGE I calculated the TOTAL on my spreadsheets and re-did some calculations. Please be aware that for the below calculations I calculated by BMR calories assuming that my BMR is 1200 calories (yes, I'm aware this may be…

As I said in my original post, YES, I weight out all of my food EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every spoon of peanut butter, every cut of meat: meticulously weighed out on a scale or using measuring cups/spoon. Again, as I mentioned in my original post, my calorie burns are calculated using a heart rate monitor.

This is how I know I'm operating at a deficit: That's what I'm doing and it's not working???
-
Look at the last 4 pictures: I have been eating over 1700 calories. I know I'm operating at a deficit because it also shows my exercise calorie burn right next to it.
-
One last question guys, (I'm sorry, I know I'm changing the topic a bit, but I'd like to 'juice' the feed while I have people's attention) Is it better to use free weights or circuit weights? Because all I have ever used are the circuit weight machines and I don't know how to 'free lift' (or whatever you call it?) with the…
-
That's what I thought. I've never heard of a 'female' weight training program - or is that when you lift lighter weights with higher reps? Would that help? Or should I stick to the heavier weights?
-
And what? Lose weight? Because that's obviously what happened last time I ate below 1300 calories. Im looking for help to lose weight like I did back in 2010 when I was eating on average 1000 calories, but instead this time I would like to lose weight by eating a higher amount with added exercise day, but I haven't been…

Do my numbers suggest a possible medical problem?
-
WOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I think I'm really going to try this. Quick question though, why would I have to increase if I'm losing more than 1.5 pounds a week? That doesn't seem that much to me? I'm not saying that it 'isn't much' it just doesn't 'sound' that much to me. :) :)
-
Thanks for your imput, but it 'seems' to me that you maybe reading into this way too much. I do not want people to tell me to eat how I was, and I'm not lying when I say that I felt good - do you honestly think I could eat that low for months if I really felt that bad or didn't have enough calories to 'function'? No. Not a…

How is a 'female weightlifting program' different from a 'male weightlifting program'?
-
Okay I see what you're getting at. I'm a little spastic with my diet - to the extremes. So if I set my total calorie intake at 1500 calories a day and stick to that without jumping around too much I should start losing weight?
-
I DON'T look good, regardless of what 'statistics' say. If you saw me in person, you wouldn't hesitate to say that I need to lose body fat or 'tone up'. Where I'm at right now isn't ideal, and that's NOT me having outrageous expectations.
-
I specifically said in my post that my body fat % has stayed the same over the past 2 months - MEANING, I am not gaining muscle.
