  • How do you know the appropriate amount of fat to have in a day. I am struggling with so many questions. I am on my 13th day of keto.. I have been sticking to under 20 grams of carbs per day but am concerned with the amount of fat I am taking in (max of 150) I am scared this is too much. Help!
