Yea....I am on week two of my zumba and I feel like I fluctuate everyday. I would like to see a good 2-3lbs lost next week...but on a good note... maybe I am losing inches because I fit into a pair of jeans I couldn't fit last week. GW:145LBS 10/17-174.5lbs

65lbs is already really good! But I understand about getting to your healthy weight. I was 250lbs going in to the hospital to have my baby. I took a whole year and a half to get back down to my pre-baby weight (170lbs)...I ended up losing 20lbs getting to 155lbs and over the last year put back on 20...ugghhhh:noway: So…

Yes! Zumba is so great! I recently order the new Zumba DVD's...two days I have already lost 1.5lbs. Anytime I need to lose weight I turn to Zumba
