Previewed the videos when they arrive. They appear to be 30 min with warm up and cool down included! I was pleased because I too was frustrated with the 30 day shred toutting 20 min when it was actually 30.

Polar FT7 does give a breakdown at end of workout of minutes in Fat Burn (lower end heartrate) and Fitness (higher end HR) It also has a screen that you can see which zone you are in as you work out with a warning beep when you exceed your recommended heart rate zone. Polar FT7... had it almost a year... use it regularly... no battery change needed yet!! Nice feature... on your birthday the watch shows a birthday cake!! Great surprise! Love the motivation it gives me. Just be sure to update your personal profile as you lose weight so it calculates your calorie burn accurately.

The way I get around this is to DRINK a protein drink... can chug it in 10 seconds. (215 calories). Then I eat a food breakfast a few hours later on my break at work.

I average 7000 a day working as a nurse...but need to do some extra to get that 10000 in. I have a really good pedometer by Omron that I got for around $35. I have used it for the last 3 years daily. It can be worn even in a pocket but I clip in on my pants. Very motivating to keep active!
