:bigsmile: Alright. That helps. Thanks. I guess I just will eat 1200, work out and then if I am really really hungry I can have more. I burn about 500 cals a day so that just seems like way too much to add.

Yeah, I know. I am eating healthy foods. I think about everything I put in my body and what it is going to do for me. I have lost 2 pounds in 3 days, so I am happy so far =]

You don't binge. You eat anything without binging or purposely over eating.

I'm only expecting to lose 2 pounds a week, so I know I won't get dramatically better results, but this is so much easier for me to follow!! I can diet every other day, but everyday is hard for me. It is hard to think I won't be able to enjoy the foods I love anymore. this is why people stay on this diet. I wanna get away…

Yeah, I am too, but I did the 6 week Biggest Loser bootcamp a while ago and it worked wonders!! My body looked a lot better and lifted. Hope this one does the same!
