I think it depends on how long/fast you are running and what you are eating. I don't know what is your pace and distance, but 30 minutes of walking and running is not enough for me. Hi. I think you might be overdoing it. If you do belly dancing and run everyday, then also swim and do Insanity, it might be to much.

I believe I have. I lost 20 pound in about 2 months. I had it set to 1200 calories, 2 pounds per week. I just made sure I didn't go over the calorie allowance. I eat balanced meals, based on the Mediterranean diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
