Projected Weight Loss Question

Hello! I know, I know, anyone can do the math, BUT has anyone been really successful & made the projected goals that the food diary computes with your food intake and exercise? That would be great, for me! And, can you adjust the time ramre? It notes projected loss at 5 weeks.

  • I believe I have. I lost 20 pound in about 2 months. I had it set to 1200 calories, 2 pounds per week. I just made sure I didn't go over the calorie allowance. I eat balanced meals, based on the Mediterranean diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

    Thanks-did you eat your activity calories? Seems counterproductive to me. Just a thought.
