I used to think that also. I put Honey in my tea. I also eat greek yogurts, cashews, peanut butter, homemade jerky and granolas. they all pack a healthy calorie punch

It is worth it. I just finished a 7/8 week reset. I didnt' slowly increase my calories I just went to my "Scooby" estimated TDEE of 2100. During the course of my reset I learned that I was able to eat 2300+ calories. At first I was overly full and bloated also soon that will change once your body trust you again, lol. The…

Congrats at putting it together. Don't feel stupid at all. You, me and alot of other people experienced the same thing. I'm still new to the game. I'm moving into the place in my journey where i'm starting to fear dropping my calories......who would of thought! Keep moving in the positive direction :-)

i started my reset over a month ago. I understand you pain. My weight gain started to stabilize my 3rd and 4th week. Then I decided to quite smoking....weight gain. Beauty is not a number on the scale. Flaunt what you got and love what you have :-)

Thanx.. I figure i can lose weight but I can't lose, heart disease, cancer, or emphysema. I hope all the heavy weights i'm lifting and my above maintenance calories will give me some muscle in the process. Just a few days ago I posted on dropping weight and feeling full off of my calories. Yesterday and today I am…

Thank you so much for the reply. I want a real reset :-) I went back to my diary. The six days before my drop I actually started to eat slightly above 2300 TDEE calories. That week I was extremely bloated then deflated down to my weight current weight. I think I do know what happened. around the second week of upping my…

Thanx everyone. For the first time in my life i'm not overly obsessed with the weight gain. I think because I put it in my head that I wouldn't get to worried until I went over 10 lbs. I know I could possible gain more but I needed that number to help keep me sane. Jordymils, thanx for sharing your experience with me. I…

I had done half of 30 days shred about 2 years ago. I like Jillian but I just wasn't in the fitness mind set. I just completed t25 and loved it for about 5 weeks then started to get bored. I substituted one day in my T25 routine with 30DS and fell in love. I ended up doing both program simultaneously! I can't tell you how…

Congrats on you weight loss so far. Working out at home is the only I have ever exercised. I don't know how everyone else feels about Beachbody products but i'm currently doing P90x3 following their Mass routine. The mass routine does little cardio and focuses more on weights. I would also recommend going to…

That is toooo funny! Its amazing the simple things we strive for. I haven't turned into a furnace yet maybe that will be my next sign. I'll take any sign that keeps me away from the scale is a positive, lol.

I would say it depends how far you are into your healthy journey. If its the begining you might drop a lot of weight quickly. If you have been at it a while, weight loss might be a slow crawl. I started off at 162 lbs on Dec 16 2013. This was the first time getting back into working out and eating healthy. As of this…

Great job losing 9 lbs. I know progress is what keeps me motivated. I just recently started using MFP consistently also. It holds me accountable. I love that and I love i'm allowed to vent to others who don't mind listening. My family supports me in my journey but would rather not hear me talk about it, lol.

hey fit mommy, Kids are a precious gift but a big damper on fitness. It should be a law that mom get 2 hour to herself a day (that doesn't involve cleaning). 1 hr for herself and 1 hr for fitness :-) We do it all, I dont think thats asking for much, lol ps

OMG! I have the same problem! I'm doing T25 which involves a lot of jumping. I dont know how many times I have almost broken my face because of a toy on the floor. I definitely need a anti toy space to workout in, lol

age 33 height: 5'7 weight: 153 lbs Goal: 140 lbs (or 2 pack, whatever comes first) I have 2 kids, a 12 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. My weakness is salty foods. they are just soooo yummy! I also got down to my goal weight of 140 last year. then within 2 months (after my wedding) packed on 22lbs! I'm down 9lbs.

This is very common. I never had a c-section but i had a surgery when i was 18 (now 33) that gave me a c-section like scar. i had and ovary and a 1/2 removed, so i have a hip bone to hip bone horizontal scar. It wasn't to bad until after I had my first child (i'm fertile with half an ovary, lol). I have this hang over of…

I tried dancing with my son to music but he only likes 2 song! " I"m elmo and I know it" and Mc Hammers "Can't touch this" on youtube. On the bright side my 2 year old has perfected Mc Hammer's typewriter dance move, lol

Hi my name is Alysha and i'm a 33 yr old mother of two children, 12 and 2 yrs old I work full time and just completed my Bachelors last month. After finishing my education I figured it was time to get back in shape again. A year ago I had lost a significant amount of weight with youtube videos and healthy eating. After my…

Wow you seem pretty busy yourself. I do a dvd at home. It's the easiest for me and alot cheaper. When I lost the first 20+ pounds most of my weight loss was from youtube workouts. They have dvd quality workouts to follow and programs. I like fitness blender. It like you no longer have to buy dvds anymore! T25 is from the…

Congrats on the lil one. I'm a mother also so and I know how you feel. My first child was born almost 13 yrs ago at 20 years old. I only gained 27 lbs. I didn't breast feed but the weight just fell off so easily. Oh how youth is wasted on the young. I had my second child at 30 and stop counting the pounds after I gained 60…

It can be difficult . I work long night shift squished into 3 days. On my off days I do my workout as soon as I get my 2 year old cereal for breakfast. My daughter is 12 so she is in school during the time. I was difficult to train him not to get in mommy's way while she is working out. For the longest it was not working…

I'll be in with you. I'm currently finishing my second week of T25. I love it and hate it at the same time. In just 2 weeks I have seen a big change in inches already (not weight). But I think the only because I had a big number drop on the scale before I started the program
