I'm new to using the forum community to assist me on my journey. I figured this is a much better place to discuss fitness and health because my friends and family just want me to shut up about it , lol. I'm just hoping this will keep me motivated and not fall off track.
I'm 33 yrs old with 2 beautiful children. I have been up and down in my weight for my entire adult life. I'm new to the forum but have use the app on and off for a long time. In Nov 2011 I started at 190 lbs and worked my way down to 140 lbs over the course of the year and manage to stay in the 140's for another year. Unfortunately after my honeymoon last summer I managed to pack on 22 lbs in a matter of 2 months. I guess I caught a husband and gave up lol. I always gain and lose the same 30-40 lbs. I decided to make a lifestyle change almost exactly a month ago to eat healthier and love my body/ So far I manage to drop 10 lbs by eating eating unlimited amount of veggies and fruits, no breads, and exercise. I 'm currently ending my second week of Focus T25 (love it/ hate it).

I just started too. Our stories are so similar, I have dresses in my closet that range from size 4 to my current size 16. When do you find time to work put with two kids?0

It can be difficult . I work long night shift squished into 3 days. On my off days I do my workout as soon as I get my 2 year old cereal for breakfast. My daughter is 12 so she is in school during the time. I was difficult to train him not to get in mommy's way while she is working out. For the longest it was not working out. every 2 minutes he needed something or was crying attached to my leg until I bought a weighted hula hoop about 2 months ago. I was working out with it and was not paying attention and it bumped him in the head (lol, accident). I felt horrible, but guess what my bad parenting paid off, lol. From that day on he sit on the sofa and watches tv until i'm done or skirts the long way around the room to get to were he needs to go. On the days I work nite shift. I wait til my husband or daughter gets home and have one of them entertain the lil one while i workout. I do it right smack dab in the middle of the house on my lap top. I'm doing T25 . Its short and to the point. I can't do gyms or hr long workouts.

Wow, you have a lot on your plate! Having a toddler into everything makes getting anything done challenging. So are you doing a dvd or is it on-line? My gym has kid care so i can drop them off and take a class or swim. Does you husband support you in your fitness goals? Mine seems to notice my effort, which is awesome. I am going to google T 25. We lived overseas for 4 years, and coming back, there are so many new fitness options, I feel like i've been stuck in time. When we left for abroad, I had just started p90x. Got pregnant a few weeks later and the rest is history. 70 lbs up in 5 years.0

Wow you seem pretty busy yourself. I do a dvd at home. It's the easiest for me and alot cheaper. When I lost the first 20+ pounds most of my weight loss was from youtube workouts. They have dvd quality workouts to follow and programs. I like fitness blender. It like you no longer have to buy dvds anymore! T25 is from the makers of P90x (beachbody). I joined a group on here that is completing the 10 week program. Everyone checks in to say they completed a workout. It's like your being held accountable. I might join some more challenges on here.0
