I love the Creamy Creamless Tomato Soup recipe from Cook's Illustrated. I usually reduce the oil to one tablespoon, and eliminate the brandy, and it's still pretty great. It's my go-to tomato soup recipe. http://www.food.com/recipe/creamless-creamy-tomato-soup-cooks-illustrated-487245

I started a year ago at 350. I'm down to 260. I still have a ways to go, but I see the incremental progress more easily now then 90 pounds ago so it helps.

I hve the Body Media Link, and I've liked it. I've never used any other activity monitor so I don't know how accurate it is compared to the Up or Fitbit, but I have found it motivates me to do more on days when I haven't hit my desired activity level.
