Did you gain weight on the pill in the past? I can only do the depo shot, and I asked about the weight gain and was told it's not as common as you'd think, and that it would probably only happen if I already had a bad diet. And then... I wished I like avocado by itself, but I guess I could buy some guacamole. I've been grabbing hummus as a snack as often as I can, along with a glass of milk.

Log it as food, your sodium intake is important to keep track of, and 170mg per serving can add up if you're drinking it like water. I'd say still drink your 10 cups of water...

My question is --- Why? Why would you want to deprive your body of it?
