Forgot to post Friday, sometimes I just do not understand my body, Thursday AM I was 187, great! Friday AM 189??? wth? I'm going with 189 for consistency and will weigh daily to see if I can find a pattern in weight fluctuation as related to other "stuff"

Ugh - 11 days, no exercise. Part of my problem is I am only allowed to walk and my treadmill belt has a partial tear and I am afraid I might trip or make it worse. Don't be discouraged, when you get into the lower numbers it just seems like the weight is holding on for dear life LOL It was a move in the right direction and tomorrow begins another month and we're all here to support you!

Can't believe I haven't been on for 2 weeks, but I have been clearing about 2 tons of stone from my garden and labyrinth, about 3 hours a day for the past 2 weeks, I haven't logged any workouts but I have lost 4 pounds!
