I didnt notice any actual loss in my breast but I have noticed some loose skin :/ so I guess there was a loss just not a very noticeable one.

Schedule. I tend to eat more at night if I dont eat on a schedule.

I would find what your BMR would be when you reach your goal and net that amount of calories. Netting under 1200 calories can cause negative results.

hmm banana isnt the same as a lollipop. Anyway... I eat back my calories. I am 188 lbs. On a sedentary level I need a little over 2000 calories to maintain this weight.
