I honestly dont give a *kitten* if someone yells at me while running or not, reguardless of whether it was good or bad. That's not what i'm out there for, besides I am wearing headphones and am in "the zone" so I wouldn't notice anyway.

The Hunger Games!!!! GOD it sucked so bad! I loved the books so much. Even with the movie being 2.5 hours long they cut out WAY too much important stuff and it moved way too fast. Also the underlying story that was in the book was almost nonexistent in the movie. I just couldnt feel for the characters in the movie like I…

I'm 5'7 and when I weighed 160 I was a 7 in juniors and a 6 in womens.

I just ran the Dallas White Rock marathon yesterday and I did P90x all the way up to the last week before the marathon. I just did p90x 3 days a week and ran 3-4 days a week.. It's tough but it all depends on how determined you are to reach your goal.

I do Leangains so I always workout on an empty stomach. I only have BCAA before a workout and then eat after. I find that my performance and stamina during my runs has improved by working out fasted. Now I will have some clif shot blocks halfway through my run when I run anything over a 10K but that's it.

I really like clif shot blocks and they really dont take up much room. I can fit them in the "key" pocket of my running shorts.

Try new socks. Thats what worked for me, I went through 3 different pairs of sneakers before trying better quality socks. I get the wicking ones. No more blisters.

the biggest loser workout videos have very large people doing the workouts. try those.

/\ This! I try to drink as little of my calories as possible. ( I like to chew them! LOL). Plus I usually use almond milk in my protien shake after a workout cause if I drink dairy milk that soon after working out it kinda makes me naseous, kinda like its curdling in my stomach cause i'm too hot or something.

That seems really high, I only burn about 175 calories doing the shred and that is when i'm giving it all I got.
