The only reason I am dreading it is because I have a deadline to meet. I have to be a certain weight in 3 weeks. So, I really, really just wish I could hide in a hole tomorrow.

Congratulations on the weight lost already! Change up your workouts. That's my advice. Do something different each week. Make sure you doing some cardio. And sometimes increasing your calories a couple of days and decreasing them for a couple days helps too! But overall, change is needed to your routine!

Hi! I'm 15. I am 5' 8" and I weigh 170 lbs (down from 210 lbs) I would love to get down another 30-50 pounds. I am slowly losing motivation to keep going. So encouragement is nice.

Don't feel bad. We all fall for the temptation! I for example have been losing and gaining the same pounds for about 3-4 weeks! But this week will be different! You just have to brush it off.
