It’s been pouring here at the Jersey Shore all day and yet, an unseasonably warm 55 degrees! I really wanted to get out for a 30 minute walk but I don’t foresee that happening. My Fitbit is only at 2,600 steps for the day.

I’m out. I came home from work Monday not feeling well. Went to the doctor yesterday and tested positive for the flu. But I’ll be back next month.

I am 50 but closer to 51 than 49. I’m walking for my exercise cause I know I won’t get to the gym. But I’ve been very diligent about keeping track of my food. I also have a new Fitbit that I mainly wanted for sleep but I’m loving it for walking.

Definitely in! I’m usually between 10-12,000 steps per day, but I’m at 17,000 already because my job entailed a lot of walking today.

I unlinked my Fitbit and MFP because I’m pretty set on a 2,000 calorie a day diet and their allowance was very high when I entered my exercise.

I have it set at 2,000 for now. God only knows how many I was eating before last week.

It’s been a good thing so far because it reminds me when I haven’t moved for a while. Plus it’s tracking my sleep and I’m going to bed earlier which is a good thing; I was getting less than 4 hours per night.

I was banded 11/29/12. I am down 30 since surgery. I have had 2 fills so far.

I am actually a little old to be a fan because I was already in my 20s when they were popular. But I LOVED them. I liked Donnie (and his bro) and although I liked most of their songs, the one that comes to mind as a favorite is "Cover Girl." Going to see them on 6/13!!
