Exercise week starts on Monday?
Why does the excercise week start on Monday and not Sunday? I did 60 minutes of cardio last Sunday, 45 on Monday, and I was just about to enter today’s and it says I have 45 minutes for the week. It should say I have 105. The calendar starts on Sunday. I’m confused.

Food tracker on MFP vs. Fitbit
I’ve been logging all of my meals on MFP instead of my Fitbit. Does anyone have a preference? Pros/cons? I use MFP because there are so many foods already on there. That said, I can’t believe how many inaccuracies there are. It’s a free app so I guess I shouldn’t complain but I have to check my nutrition labels almost…

Calorie tracker
Forgive me if this has been asked but this is all still new to me. Today I walked 82 minutes at approximately 2.5 mph. MFP has this as 475 calories burned. However, my Fitbit (Charge 2) says 800 calories. Big difference! I don’t have them linked. Which number should I go by?

App vs. website
I just rejoined MFP after 5 years. I really like it but find the app to not be as user friendly as going on to the website. Is anyone else having issues or is it that I just need to get used to it?

Wondering if there’s anyone else on here who had a Lap Band removed? I had mine for 5 years but had it removed almost 2 years ago. It didn’t really help me with weight loss. I started having issues with food getting stuck. Anyway....I’m here to do it all on my own this time.

Everything hurts
Hi, so I’m returning to MFP for the first time in 5 years. I have a lot of weight to lose but right now my biggest goal is to not hurt anymore. My feet, ankles, hips, everything is sore.
