Anyway, im Kristen, so hello! Lol. I just had a baby 4 months ago and am able to get back on track with my weight loss since i stopped keeping track for awhile. Ive been bad. :/ im ready to get this done now as long as i dont make Salted Caramel Macarons i should be good. Lol

As yes. At this point it's not very often I want to go over the calores set. I drink lots of water so the urge to snack usually goes away. I'm ok with the calorie count going down. I think what it is a lot of the time is my goal is 1600cals/day but with lots of exercising my limit starts going up with how ever calories i burn (sometimes upwards of an extra 1000cals) and i'm just finding it hard to eat 2600+ calories. Oh me as well!! I started on friday i took measurements but i didn't take pictures. I will today though! I've been doing it once a day along with walking at least 3 miles a day (up to 8 even) and yoga once a day as well. I'm feelin' the burn!! LOL
