A little nervous the scale went up slightly and I need to look at my tracking for the last week to figure it out. Next week I have travel and a conference so I’m worried about keeping the ball going in the right direction. I need to get out of the 140s with this challenge!

I didn’t come in my calorie goal this week, but I was still at a decent deficit. The drop on the scale is mostly from hormonal water weight dropping off.6 -
