Not happy with this, should have gone down to 143 by now not gained I guess now that I am in a healthy BMI any days over 1200 calories will set me back quite a bit ...sigh. I had two days around 1,500 calories this past week,4 -
Okay so last week was crazy and after a weekend of eating everything in sight my weight as not changed miraculously. I’ve got a salad for lunch today and hoping to turn it around this week!

I hear you. I’m 132 right now fighting to get to 118 eventually. I’m 5’4’’. My calories are at 1350 but I try to do a few 1200 days through the week. My weight loss has definitely slowed down.

Have you tried following your macros and nutrients along with your calories? I noticed a MASSIVE difference when I started doing that. My first week I lost over 5lbs and lost another 1.5lbs the second week.
I try to plug in what I think I want to eat and then play around until I get everything in balance.1 -

I've had a lot of fluctuations, which is normal for someone as short as I am. I recalculated my TDEE today, and it's around 1400-1500 Going to have to revamp my meals a bit, as I've been working with 1600. Any other shorties out there who struggle with small calorie numbers?3 -

I feel you. I'm 5'2 as well and though I have a lot more to lose than you I generally keep to 1100-1200....very very rarely do i go over that and a lot of times with exercise i net way under. I know people will argue that's not healthy but I'm losing steadily at 1-2 lbs (sometimes less, sometimes a bit more depending on TOM) per week with 70ish left to go so for me it works. I have never been able to eat a lot of calories and the older I get the more strict I have to be with it. Oh to be another 2 or 3 inches taller so I could eat a bit more. Ah well it is what it is.1 -

2012 I joined MFP and was working out A LOT! I made it all the way down to 199 (from 264), but settled in at about 210 looking and feeling better than I ever have. Life happens, curveballs are thrown, and my health is the first thing to take a backseat. So, I am back by necessity, but I'm not super jazzed about having to start over. It is what it is!
I will use this challenge to jump-start my motivation to return to more fitness, better nutrition, and overall wellness.
02/21/2019: Initial weight (first check-in since 2015) =254
03/06/2019: Today's weight and Challenge starting weight = 249.2
